When will my order ship?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to ship out. You will receive a shipping notification email once it has been sent.

You can log onto your account right on our website to access and edit your order!
How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number in our shipping confirmation email that automatically sends when we create your shipping label. Please keep in mind that the tracking link will not go live until scanned by the shipping company – so give it a few hours ☺
My tracking number doesn’t work!
Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to go live. Our team creates the labels and the tracking link will not go live until scanned in by the shipping company.
My order says delivered but I never got it!
There are a couple of things that could have happened here:
I got the wrong thing!
Contact us and let us know right away and we’ll make sure we get you squared away with the correct product!
Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will get you hooked up with a fresh pair right away!
How do I care for my shades?
Wash off with fresh water and then wipe clean with micro fiber cleaning cloth
I scratched or broke my lenses!
If you want to just get a fresh pair, you can take advantage of our $15 warranty within the U.S. ($35 International) and that will get you a brand spankin’ new pair to rock.
What is your warranty policy?
Our Nectar Lifetime Warranty is the best out there! If you are out on a crazy adventure and destroy your shades – we will replace them for $15 bucks (U.S. only - $35 International) for life. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen sunnies :( The warranty is for the same frame style. If the product has been discontinued, you receive a pair of equal value as the original.
